Our development process combines the refinement of existing components with the design of entirely new accessories. From technical drawings and CAD modelling to prototypes and performance analysis, each stage is guided by functionality, precision and continuous improvement.
PRECISION MANUFACTURING
Precision manufacturing begins with carefully selected materials. Aerospace-grade aluminium is used in many TR-1 Upgrade products, offering an excellent balance of low weight, strength and mechanical performance.
Following development and prototype testing, components move into production with close attention to machining accuracy and technical specifications. Final checks help ensure that every finished product meets its intended functional and quality requirements.
